Dockside Deals – Scarrviper
This image really shows how much potential is in the Headhunters, especially Gristle. It’s a treat to see such a great scene with Headhunter Stormtroopers, now that those figures have gotten so expensive. Also, I need one of those forklifts!
Still Haven’t Got the BET – A-man
Using a Captain Power vehicle as the BET from GI Joe the Movie is not only a fun idea, but also something very nostalgic feeling. Repurposing oddball toys as things I was more interested in was a staple of my playtimes growing up. It’s also nice seeing more photos of V1 Serpentor before they all disintegrate.

man those are some cool photos…a-man’s makes me so happy to see dinosaur mountain in there! my daughter and i always have joes climbing all over that thing. i think its the fall season that really brings out the nostalgia thing for me…just great seeing and playing with the figures from yr core collecting years…the older i get its really that aspect of joe i find most appealing. thanks for the cool blog.
You can get those mountains from the current owners of Timmee Toys molds, but they are not cheap. All mine were garage sale finds. But at least there’s more out there.
